1. Use of the Site

2. Product Purchases
All sales are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household, or per order.
We make every effort to display accurate product information (including pricing, colors, and descriptions), but we do not guarantee that all details are error-free. If an error is found, we reserve the right to correct it and revise your order accordingly.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship to addresses within the U.S. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
Moke Gabs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control once your order has been shipped.
4. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our product (a card game), all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@mokegabs.com, and we’ll make it right.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and phrases — is the property of Moke Gabs or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not use our content without written permission.
6. User Content
If you tag or submit photos/videos using Moke Gabs, you give us permission to repost, share, or feature your content for marketing and promotional purposes (with credit, of course).
7. Limitation of Liability
Moke Gabs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we’ll update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the new Terms.
